About Us

Hastings Chiropractic & Natural Health was established in January 2006 to provide multi-disciplinary health care service to members of the Westernport community. The centre's practitioners work together during the diagnosis and treatment phases of each patient's care to provide a more comprehensive assessment and effective treatment protocol. We find this results in faster relief of symptoms and successful maintenance of long term conditions.

We are totally focused on helping you achieve your health goals as quickly, efficiently and economically as possible. If, at your first visit, we determine that the cause of your problem is not able to be helped with our care, then we will refer you to the best form of treatment for your condition.

Dr Paul Brown Chiropractor B.App.Sc (Clin)/B.Chiro.Sc/B.App.Sc (H.Biol)

Dr Paul graduated from RMIT University after seven years of study in 2001. He then went on to take overHastings Chiropractic Centre in 2003. He has continued to study over this period, completing specialised studies in sports chiropractic and the treatment of extremity conditions (ie - shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, ankles) and thus providing additional health care services to the local community.

Dr Anna Brown Chiropractor B.App.Sc (Clin)/B.Chiro.Sc/Grad.Cert.Chiro.Paeds

Dr Anna graduated from RMIT University in 2000 and began practising in Hastings in 2003. She has completed postgraduate studies in paediatrics and consequently now treats patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. She also takes a special interest in the health care of women during their reproductive years, providing pre-pregnancy health checks, care throughout pregnancy and assistance with post-pregnancy conditions.

Dr Kirsty Dart Chiropractor B.Chiro/B.Sc (Chiropractic)

Dr Kirsty Dart comes from Western Australia where she completed her chiropractic training at Murdoch University. Wishing to experience a new environment, she moved to the Mornington Peninsula and joined the Hastings Chiropractic & Natural Health team in February 2008.

Malcolm Parkinson Massage Therapist Dip.Remedial Massage

Malcolm joined Hastings Chiropractic & Natural Health in 2007. Being a trained athlete himself, he takes special interest in remedial/therapeutic care and sporting injuries. Having completed additional technique training, Mal is able to combine a variety of techniques to provide effective treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions.

Imelda Harrip Massage Therapist Dip.Remedial Massage

Imelda is currently caring for her mum in Ireland. We wish her well and look forward to her return to our centre in the future.

Imelda joins our team after considerate experience working in day spa environments. Her patients describe her treatments as 'experiences', leaving feeling completely refreshed, relaxed and rejuvinated.

Jessica Whitbourne Massage Therapist Dip.Remedial Massage

Jess joined our team in 2008 having returned from working as a masseur in London and New York. She comes to us with a wealth of experience in both relaxation and remedial therapies. Her addition of hot stone massages has been welcomed by all our patients.

Margot McNamara Chiron Healer®

Margot travels to Hastings on a monthly basis to provide Chiron Healing®, a form of energy healing similar to reiki. Margot also has a practice in Mt Evelyn and is an Accredited Teacher, running healing seminars on a regular basis.
